First time trying this place since it's in Coral Springs. The food arrived very fast and it was very hot too considering I'm about 15 - 20 minutes away. For Florida I have to say the food was very good. I recommend it.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
Avoid Jacky Lee's Chinese Takeout located at 10422 West Atlantic Blvd. in Coral Springs as the food is mediocre but they have no idea of what good customer service is all about. Made a purchase there on Saturday afternoon; 7/27/19 and the dish was prepared completely different from what the menu described. Called Saturday evening to complain and was told to bring it back on Sunday afternoon for replacement or exchange and arrived at 5 PM and staff refused to acknowledge what they had said Saturday evening. Waited in store for 30 minutes with no response by staff and when call placed again at 6 PM Sunday I was told that I arrived too late in the afternoon and I should come back after 9 PM as they were too busy to attend to any problems,
AVOID THIS TAKEOUT AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

AVOID! TERRIBLE!
I placed an order on Beyond Menu for a delivery to arrive at 7PM. They arrived at 430PM. I called to tell them I would like fresh food to come back at 7pm and the lady is YELLING AT ME. Full blown yelling at me about the food. After feeling like they were going to spit in my food - I called back to cancel. She pretty much told me to F Off and hung up the phone. AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT ORDER -

Sadly, the original owners are gone, apparently bought out by a chain and it shows in the inferior quality and lack of personable service. I tried an order and it was just inferior. I've already made the switch over to China Gourmet, he deserves the business check out my review for him.

The order took almost an hour and a half to get here. They cancelled two items because they didn't have them - one being a main dish. We ordered Krabrice and received ham rice. The peanut chicken had little to no chicken. Oh and I'm pretty sure they fried the chicken wings for about 7 weeks. They offered a free chicken dish with a purchase of $30 or more and still charged us for it.
